Responsibility: The Story of Rynthia and ElsaceOnce upon a time, in the fair land of Vyrinis, there were two princesses. Rynthia, the older one, was kind, caring, and studious, not to mention quite gifted with magic. Elsace, the younger, was quite the opposite, a selfish young girl with good grades, but a poor attitude.
One day, Rynthia had come home from her tutoring session and took the family's pet dragon, Whiskers, out to play. With that, she presumed that Elsace would be kind enough to take him out in the evening. However, Elsace sat on the futon in the living room and pouted.
"I won't take him out. It's your job."
Rynthia frowned at Elsace. "But I've just taken him out this afternoon. It's your turn and your responsibility."
Elsace crossed her arms.
Elsace then went to go watch a joust on the magic mirror.
Rynthia, being the kind princess she is, took out Whiskers again in the evening...
...and also cleaned the chimeras' litter.
That particular night, the king and queen didn't get home until very late. Elsace was
Chapter 1"Eridan, that's not right!"
"Wwell then wwhat is?! Howw the fuck am I supposed to English?!"
"By paying attention in class, dumbass!"
I sighed and sat down next to Eridan. Accepting his offer to help with English homework was possibly the worst thing I had ever agreed to.
"It should make sense though! The vverb is the second part of the sentence, right?"
"Eridan, that's German. Not English."
I looked at his paper. In purple lettering, it said 'sister does my homewwork'.
"Eridan, the correct way to say that would be 'My sister does homework'. If you said it the way you did, it would imply that I did your homework for you, which isn't true."
"If ya did it wwould be much easier," Eridan grumbled.
"Yes, but it would also be cheating."
Eridan slumped onto the table.
"Sometimes I feel like I can't do anythin' right."
"You can do a bunch of things right!" At that moment, Cronus walked into the room and overheard my last sentence.
"Wvell he can also do a shit ton a things wvrong, too."
Happy Birthday, John - JohnDave"Dude, I can't believe you made me come over here just to watch this shit movie with you."
"Oh, hush, Dave! It's my birthday. I make the rules!"
"What the fuck ever. Just make sure I don't fall asleep, okay?"
Dave put his feet up on the couch as John put in a movie that Dave had never even heard of. It was John's birthday, and he had invited Dave over to watch a movie with him. Rose and Jade had been busy, so Dave was sort of a last resort, so it seemed. It was never actually that way, however; Dave was always invited just about everywhere.
John picked up the remote and walked back to the couch. When he saw Dave's legs in his seat, he frowned, then sat on them. Dave smiled at the action and pulled his legs out from underneath the dark haired boy, causing him to fall sideways onto the arm of the couch.
"What's wrong? I moved 'cause I was uncomfortable!"
"Yeah, but your moving made me fall! I almost hit my head, dumbass!"
"Oh shut up. The arm's cushioned anyway."
Dave casually re
Oblivious - ErisolWalking around dream bubbles never got Sollux anywhere productive. It was mostly a habit at this point; looking for anyone, anything to talk to had been drilled into his mind. He never really knew who he wanted to talk to, he just knew that he wanted to talk with someone. For sweeps, he walked alone.
One particular day, he wandered into the Land Of Wrath And Angels. He had never been to Eridan's land for more than five minutes, so he took the time to take in the scenery. He was so engrossed in the landscape that he bumped into someone who was equally oblivious. That person was none other than Eridan Ampora.
"Hey, lowwblood. Wwatch wwhere you're goin'." Sollux looked up at the sound of that familiar voice. When he saw who it belonged to, he frowned.
"Thay that to yourthelf, you thtupid fucking fish," Sollux said as he stood up. Eridan frowned right back at Sollux.
"Excuse me. You're the one in my land. Therefore, you should wwatch wwhere you're goin' an' not me."
"That logic maketh no t
Wallflowership - ErisolAs soon as he got there, Eridan Ampora regretted his decision of letting Feferi convince him into coming to the party.
The room was packed full of dancing people, some getting too close to each other for Eridan's comfort. The lights were tinted all colors of the rainbow, and the music blasted from the stereo in the front, a bright, dancy pop. Eridan could have sworn he saw smoke coming from one of the other rooms. When he looked to the center of the dancing crowd, Eridan saw Feferi dancing with a curly-haired girl.
"'This'll be fun, Eridan! You'll be able to come out of your shell, Eridan!' my ass," Eridan said to himself in a mocking tone. He sat down in one of the chairs at a table and pulled out his phone to look at his blog. No new notifications had come since he had looked last.
Eridan quickly got so absorbed in his phone that he didn't notice when another figure sat down in front of him. He spent at least five minutes staring down at the device until the stranger coughed, and Eri
Meowrails - Hide And Seek"Equius!!!!!" Nepeta ran through the lab, searching for her moirail. "Equius, where are youuuuuuuu???"
Equius sat behind a pile of boxes, not saying anything. Nepeta frantically searched the room, looking for the highblood in question. She looked under modules and on top of cabinets, inside crates and behind preservation chambers, yet she still couldn't find her moirail. It was only when he nearly choked on a piece of dust that she found him.
"AHA! There you are, you slippery kitten!" Nepeta took this chance to tackle Equius into a hug.
"Goodness, Nepeta," Equius said. "You are strong for your stature."
"I have to be! A lion always has to be prepared for attack!" Nepeta beamed as she spoke. "Now it's your turn to count, Equius! I'll go hide. Count to fifty!" With that, Nepeta darted off into the lab.
"What is the point of this silly game?" Equius sighed. He started counting nonetheless.
When he reached fifty, he began looking for Nepeta. He chose a different method of doing this than w
